gack! those are the worst yet...
I'll have to think on it a bit. I think any of them could fit with the idea I posted, but still.... I don't like any of them with it really, probably just make the ancients whatever the theme is, but I'm starting to think that idea will be too much for pyweek anyway. Maybe I'll try and get a basic MMOTBS engine created quick-like, and then we can add stuff to it like wesnoth style, should be much faster than hard-coding it... |

strangely enough, I think Tyger or ticking would be best,

I think Turmoil would fit in our game pretty well:
From Dictionary.com: "a state of great commotion, confusion, or disturbance; tumult; agitation; disquiet: mental turmoil caused by difficult decisions." Additionally, we could have a race of Tigers in our game :) (yes, i realize that's not what the poem is about.) I'm quite strongly against Ticking though, I have a feeling that a lot of the pyweek games will just put in a clock or something to satisfy the theme. Seems kind of boring to me. :P |

I agree with Myst and fydo, I only thought clockwork was nice cuz I had a rather interesting idea for it, and I thought everyone else(not on this team) would probably go for it...
I think we should go: Tyger Turmoil Twinkle Ticking Twisted I think that the other contestants will go: Ticking Twinkle Turmoil Tyger Twisted After seeing the last few contests, the noobs especially are surprising, and it is almost never the theme that everyone who posts thinks it will be. We also need a game idea for each of these. |
